Where do the emails and phone numbers come from?

From integrated data providers, matched to the candidate's professional profile. You get work and personal emails and phone numbers where they are available — never a guessed first.last@company.com format. Not every profile has a contact on record.

How many contact lookups do I get per month?

Contact credits are shared between email and phone lookups — 20 during the free trial (a one-time 10 on the free plan afterwards), 100 per seat every month on Pro, pay-as-you-go on Lite (1 credit = 1 email OR 1 phone number). Unused plan credits roll over for up to 3 months.

Do I need a separate contact-finder subscription as well?

Does contact lookup happen automatically, or do I have to search manually?
