Emails and phones come from several third-party data providers and are checked before they reach you. You pay a Contact credit only when a verified email or phone is actually found — a miss costs nothing. Work and personal emails are returned where available.
Yes! Every new account starts with a 14-day full-access trial (100 profile searches, 20 contact credits). After that you're on the free plan — 30 searches per month, 10 contact credits, and 1 active position, free forever. No credit card required.
The Search page has two tabs. Advanced is the main one: paste a job description and AI fills the filters (title, skills, location, seniority); pick Broad, Balanced or Precise and run it. It costs 1 Search credit per profile returned — a page is 10 profiles on Free and the trial, 25 on paid plans. GitHub finds developers by language, location and activity and uses no Search credits. On Lite and Pro you can also run the same form through your own connected LinkedIn account, with no credits — it uses your account's daily profile views. And the Chrome extension imports any LinkedIn profile you are already looking at.
Our AI analyzes each candidate's profile (experience, skills, education, current role) and personalizes recruitment emails specifically for them. You can create email campaigns with customizable templates, and the AI will automatically personalize each message. The system also handles automated follow-ups and tracks opens and replies. On sequences started since June 2026, 43% of the candidates reached opened and 22% replied.
There are three pools. Search credits pay for new candidate searches: 1 credit per profile returned. Contact credits reveal contact details: 1 credit is one email lookup or one phone lookup, charged only when something is found. AI credits pay for AI screening of applicants and AI-personalised outreach messages: 1 credit per evaluation or per generated message. Every plan includes a monthly allocation. Search and Contact credits top up each billing cycle and unused ones carry over up to three months' worth; AI credits reset each calendar month. You can buy extra packs for any pool from Billing — purchased credits never expire.
Yes. Lite and Pro are per seat: $29 (Lite) or $49 (Pro) per seat per month, and 3 or more seats on monthly billing get 20% off (annual billing already carries a 20% discount). Add a seat from Account → Team. Teammates share positions, candidates and the team's credit pool, or the owner can give a member a fixed credit allowance instead.

AI fills the search form from your job description instead of a Boolean string. Outreach is drafted from the candidate's actual profile, not a template, and sequences send the follow-ups and stop the moment someone answers. The board shows who is waiting on you. No spreadsheet, no copy-paste between tools.
Yes, absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security with encrypted data storage, secure API connections, and strict access controls. Your candidate data is private to your account and team members only. We never share or sell your data to third parties. We're fully GDPR compliant and provide tools for candidate data deletion and unsubscribe management.
You can cancel any time from Account → Billing, with no fees. Paid features stay until the end of the current billing period; then the account moves to the Free plan. Your positions and candidates stay in the account (Free holds up to 200 curated candidates and 1 active position). Data export is a paid-plan feature, so export anything you need before the period ends.
Yes. Push candidates from the board — one at a time or a whole selection — straight to PeopleForce, Greenhouse, Ashby or Hurma, on every plan including Free. The account owner sets up the keys in Account → Integrations. Jobs can be published to Google for Jobs and Jooble, and applicants from Djinni or any job board land in your Applications stage by email, screened by AI. Need another ATS? Tell us and we will add it.
Right after signing up — no card needed. Create a position (title, location, job description) and AI fills the search form from it; the first results come back in seconds. When someone looks right, one click reveals their email or phone. The 14-day trial gives you 100 searches and 20 contact credits to do exactly that.
Every plan gets email support with a reply within 24 hours on business days — click Contact Support in the Help menu or write to vl@mindhuntai.com. For how-to questions the in-app assistant answers on any page, and our YouTube channel has short video walkthroughs of the current interface. You can also book a call with the founder from the Help menu.
All purchases, subscriptions, and payments made to MindHunt AI are final and non-refundable. We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate our Services before making a purchase decision. We recommend trying our generous Free plan first to ensure the platform meets your needs before upgrading.
Yes! You can upgrade your plan anytime and get immediate access to additional features and credits. The billing will be prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you won't lose any paid features or credits before then. Unused credits from the current month do not carry over when changing plans.
