- Every new signup gets a **14-day full-access trial** on the Free plan (no card).
- Plans are priced per seat; a team is Pro (or Lite) × seats, with a 20% volume discount from 3 seats on monthly billing. Pro credits roll over up to 3 months; top-ups (profile credits from $29, contact credits from $19) never expire.
- A profile credit is spent only when a new profile is delivered; searching, counting, re-runs and saved profiles are free. Profile search covers 297M+ profiles via our data provider.
- **All features are included on every plan** (Chrome Extension, AI Candidate Search, Client CRM, Telegram outreach, GitHub Developer Search, ATS integrations, data export) — the only paid-plan feature is searching LinkedIn from your own connected account (Lite and Pro).

## Credit System

Two credit pools:

- **Search credits**: used to find candidates (1 credit per profile returned by candidate search)
- **Contact credits**: used to reveal contact details — **1 credit = 1 email lookup OR 1 phone lookup** (shared pool)
- Sending campaign emails costs NO credits
- Unused plan credits roll over, accumulating up to 3× the monthly allocation
- Addon credit packs never expire and stack on top of plan credits
- Team owners can distribute credits to team members
